South Lake Tahoe is not just a winter wonderland; it's a year-round haven for those seeking nature's embrace. As the seasons shift and the leaves turn, Thanksgiving takes on a special charm in this mountain paradise. Join us on a journey through South Lake Tahoe's Thanksgiving restaurants, where the crisp mountain air mingles with the savory aromas of holiday feasts.

Riva Grill

Riva Grill offers a traditional three-course Thanksgiving. The challenge lies in selecting your entree from tempting options like slow-roasted turkey with gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce, or spiced ham with honey glaze, mashed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, pears, applewood-smoked bacon, and citrus drizzle. Decisions, decisions!

Lone Eagle Grille

Lone Eagle Grille provides a diverse menu that was specially curated by their culinary team. Start with a soup or salad before selecting from the wide range of entrees. From a traditional turkey breast to a filling braised lamb shank. Enjoy sides from bourbon glazed sweet potatoes to roasted brussels sprouts. Finish your meal with a traditional pumpkin pie.

Gar Woods Grill & Pier

Gar Woods Grill & Pier has delicious options on their Thanksgiving menu. Start with the butternut squash bisque or the holiday raspberry pear salad. Prepare to choose between the slow roasted tom turkey and honey pineapple glazed ham, there is not a wrong choice here! And finally, save room for the warm french apple pie or pumpkin pie.

Palisades Tahoe

Palisades Tahoe offers starters, a carving station, grand buffet and of course, dessert. Start off with a cheese board or warm up with a roasted butternut squash bisque. The carving station offers a flavorful spiral ham and garlic crusted prime rib. Pick out your favorite side dishes from brussel sprouts to traditional mashed potatoes or sweet potato casserole. Wrap up your meal with an assortment of pies!

Edgewood Tahoe

Edgewood Tahoe’s eclectic menu serves a starter, entree and dessert. Start with a fall squash bisque or hamachi crudo. Make the tough choice of your favorite entree. Hudson Valley duck breast, wagyu zabuton or pan seared diver sea scallops, you are sure to be full after eating this! But leave a little bit of room for the pumpkin patch dessert.

In South Lake Tahoe, Thanksgiving isn't just a meal; it's a celebration of nature's bounty and a reflection of the community's warmth. As you savor the delectable offerings from these Thanksgiving restaurants, you'll find that each bite is infused with the spirit of the mountains. This year, let the magic of Tahoe elevate your holiday celebration to new heights.
